On May 26, 2026, partners of the Move2THz project from IMS Lab and III-V Lab presented their latest research at the 2026 IEEE International Instrumentation and Measurement Technology Conference (I2MTC 2026) held in Nancy, France.
The presentation and oral speech were delivered by Moussa Cissé and highlighted recent advances in high-frequency characterization techniques for next-generation semiconductor technologies.
Presentation Details:
'Comprehensive On-Wafer Calibration Methodologies for RF Characterization of InP DHBT Technology up to 220 GHz'
Authors:
M. Cissé, N. Davy, V. Nodjiadjim, B. Ardouin, C. Mismer, M. De Matos, V. Thary, C. Maneux, F. Marc, C. Mukherjee, M. Deng
The contribution reflects the strong collaboration between Move2THz partners and demonstrates ongoing efforts to advance measurement capabilities for future communication and sensing technologies.
The IEEE International Instrumentation and Measurement Technology Conference (I2MTC) is the flagship conference of the IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Society and is dedicated to advances in measurement methodologies, instrumentation systems, and sensors across science and technology domains.
More information about the conference is available on the official event website:
