Move2THz at the 2025 IEEE Summer Topicals Meeting

21-23 July, 2025

On July 21-23rd, Move2THz was part of the 2025 IEEE Summer Topicals Meeting Series (SUM) Conference in Berlin (Germany). The project was presented under a conference topic, Photonics-Electronics Convergence Devices and Packaging Technology for Future Datacenter and Computing Networks (PECDP), by Romain Hersent (III-V Lab) with the presentation titled "InP DHBT AMUX Integrated Circuits for Beyond-200-Gbaud Optical Communication".

The IEEE Summer Topicals Meeting Series is an opportunity to present cutting-edge research in Photonics and rapidly evolving “Hot Topics” in the field. This intimate conference fosters collaboration and discussions with industry leaders and researchers in emerging areas such as:
- Integrated Quantum Photonics & Signal Processing
- Next-Gen Photonic Manipulation
- High-Speed Optical Transmission
- Nonlinear Laser Dynamics
- Optical Access & 6G Networks
- Photonics-Electronics Convergence
- Neuromorphic Computing & Optical Networks
- Ultrastable Lasers & Scientific Frontiers.
