Project partner Abhitosh Vais (IMEC) did a presentation at the International Conference on Compound Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology (CS Mantech 2025) in New Orleans. The presentation was titled “First demonstration of InP HBTs on InP-on-Si (InPOSi) substrate for advanced RF applications”.
CS MANTECH's technical program was as riveting as its location this year. The industry experts shared the newest research and best practices, and the conference provided the most relevant information and connections for our industry.
