Move2THz at the JNM 2026 in Lille, France

The Move2THz project was proudly represented at the 24th National Microwave Days Conference (Journées Nationales Microondes – JNM 2026), held from 19–22 May 2026 in Lille, France.
During the conference, Moussa CISSE from IMS Laboratory presented the scientific contribution titled:
“Étude et modélisation électromagnétique de structures de calibrage TRL on-wafer jusqu'à 220 GHz en technologie InP”
(Informal EN: Study and electromagnetic modeling of on-wafer TRL calibration structures up to 220 GHz using InP technology)
The presented work focused on the electromagnetic modelling and characterization of on-wafer TRL calibration structures operating up to 220 GHz using InP technology, supporting the development of advanced high-frequency measurement and calibration techniques for future THz applications.
The research was carried out in collaboration with partners from III-V Lab, demonstrating the strong scientific cooperation within the Move2THz consortium.
Participation in JNM 2026 provided an excellent opportunity to disseminate Move2THz research results and engage with the international microwave and THz research community.
